【Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.】 Please rest assured check-in process is simple and easy. You can check-in automatically from the tablet terminal at the entrance. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to fill out your information in advance. You can use this check-in code or QR code to check in easily and smoothly. If you don't fill out all of your information in advance, you will be asked to do so upon arrival, which may take a few extra minutes. Also our staff is available from 9am~10pm daily, so if you have any problem regarding check in, we would be more than happy to assist you. 【Check-out : By 11:00 a.m.】 If you wish to stay longer than the above hours, an extra 2,200 yen per 30mins will be charged.

Early check-in is possible depend on the room cleaning situation after 13:00 for a fee of 4400 yen per hour.

Smoking is not permitted in the entire facility, including rooms and parking. If found, You will be charged for a deodorization & cleaning fee.

We do not provide disposable plastic toiletries for environmental reasons. (Shower towels, combs, shower caps, shaving razors, etc.) We ask for your understanding that you bring your own toiletries. For the same reason, we do not provide daily room cleaning service, however for guests staying longer than 7 nights, we will clean the rooms and change the linens and towels on a weekly basis. 【Room Amenities】 Bamboo toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, dish soap, laundry detergent.

Cooking appliances, utensils, tableware, and cutlery are set in the kitchen to enjoy cooking during your stay. 35COFFEE, "a cup of coffee that helps preserve Okinawa's coral reefs", and drip tea ( Jasmin-tea) are available in the guestrooms. (All are included in the room rate.)

As we do not have a restaurant in the property, we will prepare coupons in your room for the Plan with Breakfast/Dinner. 1500yen per adult per night. You can use them at our partner restaurants in the neighborhood which we highly recommend to go.

Children 0-5 years old may sleep with one adult in the same room with no charge.

A highchair, baby guard, crib, and baby bathtub are available for free. Please ask in advance for availability of these items, as they are limited.

The laundry room and beverage vending machines on the 2nd floor are available 24 hours a day. Laundry detergent is set aside in the laundry room.

Wireless Wi-Fi using optical fiber is available in the facility. Please enter the information provided in the room manual to use the Wi-Fi.

Luggage storage is available during 9:00 to 21:00.

If you are under 20 years of age, we require a written consent from a parent or guardian of all guests staying at the hotel. Please contact us after making a reservation so that we can send you a parental consent form by e-mail.

*Please refrain from making loud noise at late night which may disturb other guests. *Pets are not allowed. *Guests are responsible for any damage to incidental facilities or furniture, loss of room key, etc. *If the rooms are found to be extremely dirty or damaged, we may charge you for additional cleaning fee and the repairs. *Please refrain from taking furniture and equipment out of the room. *The hotel shall not be responsible for any accidents in the parking lot or any problems between guests.
